A note from the founder

Nannies hold the memory
of childhood.

Gardspace was born from a very concrete feeling: the anticipated nostalgia for my daughter's childhood.

At the end of her first day of childcare — she was only five months old — I realised that the conditions of modern life would irremediably prevent me from witnessing all of her childhood.

A feeling never left me: every moment of her childhood should be able to be remembered one day.

Yet modern life often forces parents to leave their children every morning, sometimes for weeks at a time.

In our case, an exceptional Nanny accompanies my daughter. Like many dedicated professionals, she notices the small moments that parents don't always see: a new gesture, an unexpected expression, a small victory during the day.

Every day, Nannies are the quiet witnesses of these moments.

They try to pass on a few fragments to parents. But today, that memory remains fragile — a quick summary, a few photos, memories that fade with time.

Gardspace was born from this simple idea: to give those moments a memory.

A quiet protocol, a method that allows professionals to record these instants as they happen — and families to find them again each evening, like a daily story of childhood.

A memory that is simple, faithful, and respectful of the work of those who care for children.

If Gardspace can, even modestly, preserve a few fragments of childhood, then its mission will have been accomplished.
